MANUFACTURING

1) Wraping

Cones are placed to wind the yarns onto the warping beams

2) Sizing

Warping beams of the final textile are piled up for rewinding on beams after sizing and drying

3) Drawing-In

Warps are placed in the order of droppers, healds and guide bars to set beams on looms.

4) Weaving

The beams are weaved on looms in the following process:

1. Opening ai??i?? two groups of warps are opened to let the weft pass through
2. Inserting Weft ai??i?? the weft is inserted between two groups of warps

Maksons Textiles maintains strict quality control and processes computerized testing for strength of yarn which is the density of cloth.
